Administrative Specialist (Billing)

Due to the rapid growth of our team, we are looking for an Administrative Specialist (Billing).

Responsibilities

• Create and issue customer invoices;

• Posting and recording accounts receivables’ data;

• Verify the financial terms indicated in the clients’ contracts and apply them on accounting records;

• Contact clients to follow-up on status of unpaid invoices;

• Collaborate with Account Managers and related departments on solving problems identified through the collection efforts;

• Prepare statements and correspondence for Account Managers and clients regarding the accounts receivable balances;

• Create Excel reports based on data downloaded from company systems;

• Assist with annual and interim audit requests.

Requirements:

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot, charts, formulas), Adobe Acrobat;

• English level: Upper-Intermediate B2 (good oral and written communication skills);

• Higher economic education or working experience in a relevant field (accounting or finance) is preferable;

• Readiness to work overtime when closing financial periods;

• Ability to quickly learn new processes;

• Strong attention to detail, communication and time-management skills
