result, t he company successfully executed over 12 deals, resulting in earnings exceeding 0,95 million dollars.

Selected achievements:
• Developed a New Way to Make Investments for Corporate Customers : Conducted requirement analysis,
which determined demand for digital investment product for corporate customers, as a consequence, create d
new mobile and web application, that made it possible to open a corporate brokerage account in 5 minutes ,
improve d bank frond and back -office system s, and generate d marketing and sales&promotion strategy. As a
result, a new di vision earned more than 220 million rubles over the next 12 months .
• Formed a Blockchain -Based Prototype : Developed digital assets prototype, that allowed to trade new
tokenize d products on the local market , including a token tied to a diamond index with physical supply
capability, emitted by one of the largest diamond suppliers . As a result, a new direction occupied more than 9%
of the local market.
VTB CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, Moscow, Russia

Lead ing the Product Management Team (12 teammates) within the individual and corporate brokerage products at the
largest asset management company in Eastern Europe. Focus areas to conducting market and competitive analysis,
develop ing value propositions, calculat ing product metrics, establish ing new stock &forex instruments, task

Selected achievements:
• Implemented Agile Methodology : Jointly with Boston consulting group (BCG) introduced Agile approach in
brokerage department, abandoning the Waterfall methodology, that allowed to reduce product development
period more than 2,3x times and increase the customer satisfaction rate over 19%.
• Automated KYC platform : Create d and successfully launch ed compliance control system for individuals and
corporate clients , that allowed to reduce dependence on manual checks (only 7% required manual intervention )
and accelerate set -up process up to 5 -7 minutes per customer.

• Ideated and Initiated a Ground -Breaking Project for Corporate Customers : As sumed that digital self -
making stock trading would be appealing to corporate customers, assessed the potential market volume among
corporate customers and estimated forecasts, developed a matrix highlighting distinctions in the behavior and
product require ments of corporate versus individual clients, evaluated both back -end and front -end systems
along with human resource capacity, and pitched project proposal to the board of directors. As a result, created
a product prototype and established a new division.

Support of co -operation with international financial institutions on VTB Group level. In particular, directly involved in
negotiation with counterparts , coordinated bank -to-bank lending facilities, creating quantitative scoring model for the
assessment of foreign financial institutions based on financial reports. Reporting directly to Deputy Head of Global
Financial Institutions Products.
Selected achievements:
• Profitability Analysis : Performed comprehensive analysis of historical interbank payments that allowed to
identify low -margin transactions for similar products in excess of $10 million. Developed presentation on
mitigation strategy to Head of Global Financial Institutions with es timated profitability increase in excess of $1
million over the next 12 months.
