◦ 7 counterfeit plants were closed in CIS countries
◦ counterfeit and contraband products of over 50+ M USD were destroyed
◦ overall reduction of counterfeit products on the market from 45% to 0.4%
• GR support for M&A:
◦ identified targets that ultimately led to acquisition of largest local ice cream manufacturer
