▪ Work in team and with team on project (based on PMI methodology and E-MBA course in City Business School (Moscow));
▪ Team scheduling plan development (MS Project), support and motivation (based on non-material motivation and leading self and other principles) as well as performing tasks control (Trello, MS Planner, ClockiFy) in team during the project;
▪ Bringing to the team company's key values;
▪ Operating with private team members goals to bind it to the common mission;
▪ Development and approval of a training plan for team members (internal and external);
▪ Presentations: preparation and participating;
▪ Participating in international exhibits;
▪ Cost price calculation and competitors analysis;
▪ Participating in the preparation of a package of documents for submission to the tender;
▪ Preparation and approval of the technical requirements;
▪ Researching of the oil/gas service market and analysis of the production development;
▪ Agreement and approval of the specification for equipment including the most expansive parts such as chassis, deck engines, triplexes, gearboxes and cryogenic tanks;
▪ Calculations and preparation of functional diagrams;
▪ 3D designing;
▪ 2D design and detail drawings;
▪ Development and design of steel structures;
▪ Equipment coordination;
▪ Production support;
▪ Aftermarket support and close work with sales and service department;
▪ Communication with customers;
▪ Additional responsibilities: corporate outings and holidays organization (program, place, menu, transferring, documents agreement, support and control during celebration).

In the role of development and design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for oil and gas equipment of CT, N2, PPE product lines, as well as production support, testing and launch.

▪ Design and calculation of hydraulic systems according to the technical task;
▪ Design and calculation of pneumatic systems according to the technical task;
▪ Design and calculation of brake electro-pneumatic systems
(for semitrailer of Fidmash’s design);
▪ Development and assembly of a test bench for brake systems;
▪ Selection and approval hydraulic equipment;
(close work and emailing with global manufacturers of hydraulic equipment: Parker,
Rexroth, Danfoss, Hansa-Flex, Hawe. Eaton, Hydac, Sunhydraulic, etc.);
▪ Launch, testing and troubleshooting of hydraulic/pneumatic systems;
▪ Diagnostic and technical support, including aftermarket support
and close work with service department;
▪ Aftermarket support and close work with service department;
▪ Participation in Shlumberge big projects like translator and support technical specialist;
▪ Preparing presentations and organization internal trainings for colleagues;
▪ Visiting and participating in international exhibitions: NEFTEGAZ 2012/14, BAUMA 2019;

▪ Design of hydraulic systems for the machine tools equipment;
▪ Design of pneumatic systems for the machine tools equipment;
▪ Design and detail drawings for the elements of hydraulic systems
machine tools equipment;
