We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer who will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites, landing pages, and corporate portals. The role combines internal work on our company’s marketing assets with client projects focused on stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• ​​Develop, optimize, and maintain landing pages in English and Russian.

• Build pages in WordPress using Divi builder and Supreme Divi modules.

• Migrate websites to alternative themes or ecosystems when needed.

• Take designer-provided UIs (Figma) and implement them in WordPress (including custom coding when required).

• Ensure adaptive, cross-browser, and SEO-friendly markup.

• Optimize performance (PageSpeed, GTmetrix, Lighthouse): images, CSS/JS, caching, CDN, fonts, and database.

Client Projects:

• Develop websites on WordPress from scratch or using popular themes.

• Build and customize themes and plugins, including WooCommerce setups.

• Configure WordPress and plugins for security, stability, and speed.

• Integrate with external services: APIs, analytics, maps, forms, and mailing systems.

• Manage deployments to dev/stage/prod environments (with DevOps support).

• Provide long-term support: apply updates, manage caching, fix bugs.

• Work with Jira (read, comment, updаtеtickets on time).

Requirements:​​​​​​​

• 3+ years of relevant experience in WordPress development.

• Solid knowledge of WordPress architecture (hooks, filters, CPTs, WP_Query).

• Excellent experience with Divi builder, Supreme Divi modules, and migration to other ecosystems.

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), Bootstrap, JavaScript.

• Experience building custom themes and plugins without visual builders.

• Understanding of performance optimization (Critical CSS, lazy loading, caching, etc.).

• Experience working with REST APIs (including WP REST API).

• Ability to deploy and configure projects on hosting (wp-config, .htaccess, database).

• Experience with Git and bug-tracking/project management tools (Jira).

• English level: Intermediate B1+

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Contact Form 7, Rank Math SEO, UpdraftPlus or similar plugins.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices (meta tags, heading structure, sitemap).

• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed).

• Knowledge of caching strategies (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, Redis, server-level caching).

• Experience with low-code/no-code approaches for websites and applications.

• Web animation experience.
