The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Tender Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:

- Searching for new and potential Tenders.

- Conducting commercial negotiations with customers.

- Formulating and presenting commercial proposals/coordinates and signing new contracts.

- Signing agreements with new counterparties on favorable for the company terms (contractual work).

- Collaborating with the marketing and lead generation departments.

- Fulfilling the sales plan in the amount of Tenders.

- Maintaining effective communication with the customer throughout the whole project.

- Developing the network.

- Participating in the creation of marketing materials.

Must-haves:

- Experience of participation in tender procedures.

- Focus on the result, attentiveness when dealing with a large amount of information and a large number of documents, and self-management skills.

- Experience in analytical work.

- Stress resistance, energy, communication skills, and intellectual growth.

- Ability to negotiate and handle objections.

- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience as a Tender Manager.

- Knowledge of the IT sphere.
