At Softnetix, we develop solutions in sports analytics, gambling, and esports. We have several projects underway. We are looking for Tech Writer to join the team. This position is aimed at expanding and strengthening the team.

What you will be doing:

• Creating technical documentation and keeping it up to date. 

• Developing and maintaining document templates.

• Maintaining and updating the knowledge base as the product evolves

• Collaborating with the development team to clarify functionality and obtain additional details.


Candidate Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer (Business Analyst, Systems Analyst).

• Written and spoken English at the C1 level.

• Understanding of document architecture and structure. 

• Theoretical knowledge of technical documentation. 

• Basic understanding of development (back-end, front-end) and project management.

Nice to Have:

• A basic understanding of business analysis. 

• Using AI tools in your work.
