Aristek Systems is actively involved in the development of innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. Our team consists of over 150 highly qualified professionals of various IT-spheres.

Now we are looking for a CEO Specialist to join our team!

NB! There is an opportunity to work remotely.

In this dynamic role, you will drive initiatives across technical SEO, content optimization, and data analysis to enhance our search engine visibility and performance. With a strong focus on on-page, off-page and technical SEO, you'll play a key role in optimizing our web presence and improving key metrics like rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems

1. SEO strategy development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies tailored to the IT and outsourcing industry to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure SEO best practices are aligned with overall business objectives.

2. Keyword research and optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities in the IT and outsourcing space.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, content, and internal linking to improve search visibility.

3. Link building and off-page SEO:

  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and gain high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor the company’s online presence to support brand visibility and drive off-page SEO improvements.

4. Google Tag Manager set up:

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for event tracking, form submissions, and other key user interactions.
  • Use GTM to create custom tracking solutions for SEO-related activities, providing insights on user behavior and conversions.

5. Performance tracking and reporting:

  • Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to monitor and report on key SEO metrics, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Regularly assess website performance, rankings, and traffic to measure the impact of SEO initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Technical SEO:

  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, such as crawl errors, page speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of technical SEO best practices, including optimizing site structure and sitemaps.

Required Skills and Experience

​​​​​​​Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the IT sector, with a strong focus on outsourcing or B2B services.
  • Proven track record of driving organic growth, managing SEO campaigns, and improving search engine rankings for IT or tech-related businesses.

Technical skills:

  • Expert knowledge of GA4.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Statcounter or similar) and hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Good analytical skills:

  • Ability to analyze SEO performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversions, aligning SEO goals with business objectives.

Strategic thinking:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Ability to anticipate industry trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maintain or improve rankings.

Soft skills:

  • Working cross-functionally with copywriters, researchers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital channels.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
