Senior Java Developer

• 5+ years of Java development experience.

• Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for communication with the CTO.

• Willingness to improve personal productivity by actively using and adopting AI-powered tools.

• Strong knowledge of Java 17, OOP, multithreading, functional programming.

• Experience with Spring Boot and ecosystem components.

• Understanding of database design and working experience with SQL and NoSQL.

• Experience building and consuming APIs and working with messaging systems.

• Solid understanding of testing principles and hands-on experience with automated tests.

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities
