​​​​​​We are looking for +1 Senior DevOps Engineer for our flagship product to expand the team!​​​​​​​

• Boss Revolution: Calling App

• The mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

Primary responsibility:

• Lead infrastructure initiatives with a focus on innovation, reliability, and scalability in DevOps practices.

• Architect, implement, and refine infrastructure solutions to streamline the software development lifecycle.

• Oversee CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions, GitLab pipelines and ArgoCD effectively.

• Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure software and system interdependencies are stable.

• Ensure system security through industry best practices.

• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.

• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.

• Respond to incidents with an on-call rotation using OpsGenie

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments (3+ years).

• Proficiency in Terraform

• In-depth understanding of AWS services and concepts

• Proficiency in at least one CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD).

• Good understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Good level of English – B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Helm for Kubernetes application management.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes ingress management.

• Understanding of or experience with Apache Pulsar (or similar) for messaging or event streaming.

• Knowledge in automated certificate management with tools like Cert Manager

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible

• Experience with modern monitoring / logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Loki
