We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing international team in Minsk. If you speak English confidently and are ready to develop in B2B sales, this is a great opportunity to build a career in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Development: Initiate and manage communication with international clients;
• Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities for expanding collaboration with current clients and attracting new ones, creating strategies to boost revenue.
• Client Planning: Develop and implement plans that align with both client and company objectives, adjusting as needed.
• Negotiations and Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Сollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and updаtеreports on client activity in CRM;
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients who may not yet be familiar with our offerings and introduce them to our solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• English proficiency at B1+ or higher (verbal communication required);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently;
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
