We invite a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be building and strengthening relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service and meeting their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business and goals.
• Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities for expanding collaboration with current clients and attracting new ones, creating strategies to boost revenue.
• Client Planning: Develop and implement plans that align with both client and company objectives, adjusting as needed.
• Negotiations and Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to create a seamless client experience. • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients who may not yet be familiar with our offerings and introduce them to our solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• English proficiency level B1+/B2 or higher.
• Understanding of sales and client management processes is preferable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
