Currently, we are looking for a Sales manager (full-time) to join our team. Please pay attention to the fact that the schedule of work will be per New York/LA time zone.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls (volume depends on the season, the expected amount is 40-60 calls a day) and entering them into the CRM system;
  • Advising on the services provided;
  • Transferring calls to the right specialist;
  • Requesting contact information.

What will set you up for success:

  • You have sales experience of at least 2-3 years;
  • You have good knowledge of English (at least C1 level is expected since we have plenty of English-speaking clients);
  • You have good knowledge of Russian(the majority of our calls are from Russian-speaking clients);
  • You have the ability to quickly learn the services offered (our niche is immigration to the USA and similar services);
  • You can analyze the information swiftly and confidently;
  • You are keen on building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
