Sales Executive (IT, Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is not afraid of taking calculated risks to grow the business to new heights. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level. You will be a valued part of the Business Development Team and will have an impact on the company's IT products and services, and its conversion funnel through close cooperation with marketers, product- and delivery managers, and IT experts.

Skills & qualities needed:

● 5+ years of successful experience in sales for English or Arabic speaking markets

● Ability to manage the sales process from planning to deal closing

● Knowledge of methods of promotion and sale of IT services (internal product or service) to external markets through all available sources of lead generation.

● Knowledge of lead generation, the ability to plan your own lead generation using various channels

● Knowledge of technologies for nurturing the leads, attracting and retaining customers, repeated sales.

● Active and communicative client base development, building long term relationships with clients

● Knowledge of the products and services business development cycle, IT service project work model and corresponding pricing methods.

● Strict adherence to sales discipline

● Desire to come up with solutions for the work challenges (rather than problems)

● Experience with CRM Hubspot, ERP Lotus Notes.

● English\German\Arabic — B2-C1.

As a plus:

● Understanding the basics of marketing, principles of service promotion, building promotion programs.

● Understanding the essence and basics of IT outsourcing business and IT services, mastering business analysis skills.

● Certificates of professional training in the field of project management, sales, marketing.

● Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

● High standards of quality, working conscientiously and systematically, and enjoying shaping things in a dynamic environment.

What will you be responsible for?

● Acquiring new b2b customers in the EU / MENA / Asia

● Potential clients development and sales management

● Support and participation in marketing events for customers (webinars, conferences, etc.).
