CleverLabs is a software development company specializing in creating Web and API applications since 2015. We work on long-term projects, developing products from scratch as part of distributed product teams. Our Clients are based in the USA, the UK, the EU, and the Middle East.

About the Project:
This project is a high-load platform for managing warehouse inventory, orders, and shipping. The system enables businesses to sеlесtthe best shipping provider, calculate optimal costs, insure shipments, generate shipping labels, and track packages in real-time. Additionally, it offers reporting, billing, and analytics tools. We began development on this project from scratch in 2017, and you’ll join a team building critical system functions.

• API Server: Falcon, Grape API
• Deployment Tools: Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes
• AWS Services: RDS, S3, SES, EKS
• Databases: MySQL, Redis, Redshift
• Linters: RubyCritic, Brakeman, Guard, Rubocop, ESLint, Reek, Ruumba
• Testing: RSpec, Capybara
• CI/CD: GitLab CI
• Management Tools: GitLab.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an experienced agile team.
• Participate in project decisions, analysis, and design.
• Focus on developing new features.
• Conduct and participate in mandatory code and technical reviews.
• Lead small teams (3–4 people) if experienced in team management.

Our Expectations:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and best practices in software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Team management experience is a plus.
