Position Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring software engineering talent. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the tech landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for aligning candidates with roles that suit both their expertise and our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including rabota.by and LinkedIn.

• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment prior to presenting them to the hiring team.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to gain insights into specific role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates.

• Candidate Experience: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, championing clear communication throughout their hiring journey.
