As a Prompt Engineer, you’ll apply prompts and AI models in real projects, explore and test new models hands-on, and refine their outputs. A great fit for those who enjoy bringing AI into practical solutions.

What you will do:

• Write instructions for LLMs with interactive configuration

• Communicate with developers and stakeholders to ensure proper integration of prompts and agents with the backend

• Analyze and monitor current AI trends

• Conduct detailed testing of new AI models, from playground environments to production deployment

• Coordinate testing stages with the QA team and design test scenarios

What you should have:

• Experience working with modern LLMs (NLP), such as GPT-4.1+, Claude 4.0+ Sonnet, or Gemini 2.5+

• Hands-on experience in model playgrounds (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)

• Basic programming skills in Python (or a general understanding of code)

• Strong linguistic skills and solid English proficiency for working with modern LLMs

• Ability to conduct A/B testing of prompts (Evals) and perform thorough result fact-checking

• Knowledge of writing and implementing functions for tool (instrument) calling, and configuring their collaborative operation within various projects

• Familiarity with setting up structured output for LLMs (e.g., JSON schema, JSON object)
