Join us as a Project Manager to accelerate the IT industry together.

What a РМ will do:

• Deliver Service: Identify and improve success metrics based on customer business context, maintain high service quality for long-term client retention, deliver organizational service in accordance with SOW.

• Identify and manage stakeholder needs and ensure effective communication.

• Deliver projects within set budgets and timelines.

• Identify project risks and design and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain and improve team knowledge levels and ensure effective onboarding.

• Ensure compliance of all project areas with the organizational processes.

We expect that a РМ:

• Has at least 3 year of experience as a Project Manager in IT.

• Has delivered successful projects no shorter than 6 person months.

• Knows PMI,

• Knows or has worked following project management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.

• Has experience as a developer and a deep understanding of the development process.

• Knows English at least at the Upper-Intermediate Level; can communicate fluently with native English speakers.

Will be a plus:

• You have worked as a business analyst.

• You have gone on business trips to the client and have worked on site.

• You have participated in pre-sale activities.
