Your daily routine would include:

• Developing Workforce Management (WFM) platform;
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
• Preparing estimates for new features;
• Participate in the development of customer facing software products;
• Take responsibility on code quality and on-time completion of tasks;
• Participate in peer code reviews;
• Initiate improvements and follow the adopted Agile development methodology.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Over 4 years of experience in .NET (C#) development;
• Proficient in DevExpress;
• Familiarity with mobile iOS development (Swift, Xamarin) is a plus, along with a strong willingness to learn;
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Xcode;
• Knowledge of relational databases;
• Experience with DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory) is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong logical thinking and a proactive attitude toward learning and developing new competencies;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
