IBA IT Park is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer for a hybrid employment

IBA IT Park has been operating since 2006 and offers a wide range of solutions for companies from Central Asia and the Caucasus: customized corporate solutions, data management and analytics systems, SAP implementation, mainframe system support, information security services, as well as innovative solutions for transport and fintech.

Project Description

The focus is on developing and enhancing components for the AI Agent Platform, with the main objective being advancements in video and image understanding.

What We Expect

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including deployment, fine-tuning, and integration.
• Proven ability to design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, AI Agents, and MCP-based architectures.
• Solid knowledge of Python, particularly in the context of FastAPI, asyncio, http streaming, and SQLAlchemy.
• Confident use of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with LLM development frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on asynchronous programming and backend development using FastAPI.
• Understanding of RAG architecture, AI agent design, and chatbot frameworks.
• Experience working with SQL/PostgreSQL databases and object storage systems (e.g., MinIO, S3).
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
• Spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Computer Vision and object detection models (e.g., YOLO, CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA).
• Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Multimodal AI concepts.
• Experience with real-time image or video stream processing (e.g., FFmpeg, OpenCV, GStreamer).
• Familiarity with zero-shot and segmentation models (SAM, FastSAM).
• Knowledge of RTP/RTSP protocols and media streaming fundamentals.
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Prefect).
