We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to attract and engage key customer audiences, driving demand for the IT services and products offered by the company to its midsize, large, and corporate clients around the world.

Skills and Qualities Needed:

  • 1+ years of successful experience in marketing project management in software or a related area for English speaking markets

  • Strong analytical skills: in-depth understanding of campaign measurement, proven ability to analyze and interpret data, and arrive at a «so what» conclusion

  • Expertise in customer experience tools (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Ad copywriting and editing skills

  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills

  • Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders (cross-functional collaboration with departments such as digital marketing, lead development, sales, global delivery, and business planning)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities

  • English proficiency at the B2-C1 level.

As a plus:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience with Agile methodology

What will you be responsible for?

  • Develop and optimize top-of-the-funnel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase demand for our solutions

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, and email marketing

  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies

  • Research and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies

  • Manage the campaign calendar to ensure alignment with internal and external activities (e.g, events, launches, buying seasons)

  • Create compelling and targeted messaging and content to resonate with the intended audience

  • Support the sales development resource team by keeping content fresh, topical, and lead-generating.
