Neo Group is on the lookout for a Data Analyst (Marketing) to join our Data Analytics Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of Media Buying Reports:
  • Collect, process, and consolidate data from various media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms) into unified reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources, allowing for comprehensive analysis and clear reporting.
• Interpretation of Marketing Results:
  • Analyse media buying and marketing data to extract actionable insights.
  • Evaluate campaign performance by interpreting key metrics such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs.
  • Provide clear recommendations on how to improve future campaigns based on data-driven conclusions.
• Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and support them in executing tasks effectively.
  • Provide data-backed insights to help the marketing team optimize their strategies and achieve better results.
  • Support the marketing team in real-time decision-making by providing timely and accurate data analyses.
• Marketing Analysis:
  • Perform in-depth marketing analysis, including customer segmentation, channel performance, audience behavior, and trends.
  • Use statistical models and data visualization to present findings that help inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of marketing channels and campaigns to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization.
• Evaluation of Media Buying Efficiency:
  • Assess the effectiveness of media buys by comparing planned vs. actual results.
  • Track and report on media buying efficiency, evaluating the impact of different ad creatives, placements, and formats on performance.
  • Develop recommendations for improving media buying strategies based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data processing tools to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Python (Pandas)
• Excel
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, LTV) and ability to translate these into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams, providing data insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Proficiency with media buying and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Performance Marketing, DMP, RTB).
