VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for Local IT Support in Minsk.

Responsibilities:

• Overall Infrastructure and application support for Visa application centers in Minsk
• Coordination with central service desk for resolution
• Install and test desktop, peripherals, software applications followed by Desktop / laptop check list
• Keep hardware and software, using in Visa Application Center in working condition
• Adhere to policies as per corporate IT manuals and directives
• Administration of the local network and DM VPN of the branch network
• Work with operating systems Microsoft / Linux, o365
• Order needful software and hardware
• Conduct Periodic IT Audit and ensure no security incident
• Collecting and keep all needful IT statistic and information
• Be in touch with VFS-IT support team by mail and phone
• Installation of OS, software, drivers, diagnostics and elimination of shortcomings in the PC
• Ensuring the operability of DB servers 1c8 MS SQL /AD, DNS, DHCP/ Zabbix.

Required knowledge and skills:

• IT/MCA or global equivalent degree

• Experience as a system administrator or IT Support for at least 2 years

• Good communication skills

• English at least Intermediate (written and verbal)

• Knowledge of technologies: vyOS, ESXI, MS SQL.
