We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamicsales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating the sales process, and ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities for PMTech Engineering. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research and Identification: identify potential leads and target companies within the engineering sector.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize various channels (email, social media, etc.) to initiate contact with potential clients and nurture relationships.
  • Database Management: Maintain and updаtеthe lead database with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs and decision-making authority to ensure they align with PMTech’s target customer profile.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, success rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • English language (written and speaking), Level B2 or higher
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Experience with common lead generation tools
  • Desire to learn new tools and technologies to improve lead generation effort
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • German language (B2, written)
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably within the engineering or technology sector (please describe the experience in your CV)
