At Satellite, we are looking for a driven, smart and ambitious Junior Software Engineer to join our team to work with the US-based fintech startup! You’ll immediately begin working with a high-growth NYC-based startup in the financial technology industry.

DigiFi is a NYC-based company with deep lending expertise and offshore engineering offices based in Belarus, Poland and Georgia where they design and develop world-class technology.

They offer an unparalleled level of flexibility to allow lenders to launch new digital products and deliver amazing borrower experiences – for any product, anywhere. They work with lenders in the consumer, residential, automotive, small business and commercial lending industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Software development across the technology stack, including back-end development, web development;
• Working on product implementations and interacting directly with clients;
• Conducting regular code deployments across multiple environments, with no/low downtime, implementing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS);
• Front-end and back-end development using common languages and frameworks (React, Node, MongoDB etc.);
• Helping to develop and deploy predictive machine learning models and computer vision applications;
• Data manipulation and orchestration;
• Integrating external data sources and best-in-class 3rd-party technologies;

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• University degree (ideally in computer science, mathematics or physics);
• 0+ years of professional work experience in software engineering;
• Knowledge of JavaScript and other leading frameworks and tools;
• Strong verbal and written English language (at least B2);
• Exceptional ability to organize work and excellent follow-through
