Hello, we are LUMOS!
Four years ago, we came together to create the first mobile application.
Our VPN on Android and iOS platforms has reached a Monthly Active User (MAU) count of >2 million users.

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to work in the affiliate program of a well-known VPN service.
If you have no experience in affiliate marketing, but have a desire to develop in this area, we will be happy to help you get used to it and support you on the path of professional growth.

Location: Minsk.

Responsibilities include:

• finding and attracting new partners to the partner program of the VPN service;
• building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, including regular communication, training and integration;
• preparing documents for contracts and IO with partners;
• resolving emerging issues and problems related to the partner program;
• performing tasks within department or company plans and strategies;
• monitoring and basic analysis of the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns (KPI evaluation);
• generating periodic reporting;
• identify and implement improvements to increase the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns;
• participation in affiliate marketing events (optional).

Requirements:

• completed higher education;
• english language proficiency at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (both oral and written);
• intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets;
• teachability;
• аnalytical thinking;
• сommunication skills;
• ability to work towards achieving results.

That would be a plus:

• understanding of basic affiliate marketing and product metrics: CPI/CPA, ROI, ROAS, ROMI, RevShare, CR, CTR, ARPU, ARPPU, etc;
• work in affiliate marketing in any position (media buyer, support, account manager, bizdev, etc.);
• knowledge of the basics of sales.

• we don't have a team of "babysitters" to handle everything for you. For example, if you want a higher salary, speak up and discuss it. If you disagree with the team's methodology, discuss it and propose an alternative.
