The Information Security Officer (ISO) is crucial for protecting the company's information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for someone skilled and experienced in information security to join our team.

What you will do:

• Prepare a substantiated plan for the formation of the IS Team and tasks for the coming year.
• Develop, implement and maintain the organization’s information security program, including policies, procedures and standards, in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess and manage information security risks, including conducting regular security risk assessments and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the organization’s incident response processes, including investigating security incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely remediation.
• Organize security awareness training and education programs for employees and contractors to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal senior management, business unit leaders and IT departments to align security initiatives with the organization’s overall business goals.
• Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s security measures and make recommendations for improvement.
• Organize and conduct security audits regularly in accordance with security policies and as required.
• Work closely with suppliers and external partners to ensure security requirements are met and secure relationships are established.

What you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in information security, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing security programs.

• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, best practices, and industry standards, such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve security issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational security goals.

• English at Upper-Intermediate level.
