The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Go Developer to work on a large-scale project for one of our UAE customers.
The customer is a FinTech leader that offers a buy now, pay later service for online and offline shoppers in the Middle East. The company partners with hundreds of global brands and small businesses including Adidas, IKEA, SHEIN and Marks & Spencer. The company is backed by leading investors, such as Global Founders Capital, Arbor Ventures, and Mubadala Capital.
The project is focused on enhancing the onboarding and interaction processes for clients who wish to be featured in a major marketplace that offers installment payment options.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end invoice and payment cycle, from invoice generation to payment reconciliation for all new and existing customer’s products.
- Supporting finance team with regular reconciliations of customer and merchants accounts and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline the invoice and payment process, reducing cycle times by replacing manual processes with automated solutions.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Go Developer at a fast-growing FinTech/eCommerce company for 3+ years.
- Profound experience with partner APIs integration and product development.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development.
- Understanding of application development, System Design.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience with GRPC for microservices communication.
- Familiarity with DataDog for system monitoring.
- Passion for writing clean and testable code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to justify technical decisions.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
