Role Overview

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join our focused and experienced development team.

Direct Manager: Lead Full-Stack Developer
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

Responsibilities:

• develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack functionality using React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL;
• participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making;
• collaborate with a small, established development team and the team lead to deliver product improvements;
• implement best practices for code quality, test coverage, and performance;
• work on extending functionality, modernizing the system, and potentially building new products;
• deploy, monitor, and support services in an AWS environment;
• take part in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers;
• identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across all layers of the application.

What We Expect from You:
Hard skills

• 3+ years of professional experience with React (frontend) and NestJS (backend);
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, including designing and maintaining relational databases;
• strong understanding of modern application architecture and API design;
• proficient with Git and experienced in collaborative development workflows;
• proven experience building scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.

Soft skills

• strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
• ability to work independently within a small team;
• problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges;
• attention to code quality, readability, and maintainability;
• willingness to adapt to changing product requirements and new challenges.

Nice to have:

• experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests;
• familiarity with payment service integrations, especially Stripe.
