We are planning to expand our team in the near future and are looking for a Analyst (Fin.Control)

Responsibilities:

Expense Recording & Classification: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all business expenses into the accounting system.

GL Account Determination: Identify and assign the correct General Ledger (GL) accounts and Profit Centers for every transaction.

Policy Compliance: Audit all expense claims and invoices to ensure strict adherence to the company’s internal Expense Policy.

Analytical Support: Assist in the month-end closing process and investigate discrepancies.

Process Automation (optional): Use Power Query and Excel to optimize data collection and prepare regular expense reports.

Requirements:

Education: University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.

Advanced Excel: Mastery of complex formulas and Pivot Tables.

Power Query (optional): Proven experience in transforming and cleaning large datasets.

Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and PL (IS) structures.

Language: English B1

Attention to detail, high, analytical mindset and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
