We are looking for a dedicated Finance Process Excellence Analyst to join our team and support the administration and enhancement of internal financial systems and processes.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments within Corporate Finance, including Shared Services, Controllers, and other Centers of Excellence, while contributing to process improvement initiatives. The position reports directly to the Manager, Finance Process Excellence.

Responsibilities
Own administration and support of internal applications used in Finance
Execute and respond to requests from Finance users to ensure internal application administration aligns with business needs such as workflows, approvers and thresholds
Prepare internal applications for monthly accounting closures to enable timely execution of tasks, reviews and approvals by Finance users
Monitor task completion associated with critical Finance control points upon request, including SOX key controls
Serve as key contact for Finance users facing issues, problems or bugs in internal applications and liaise with technology teams or senior colleagues to resolve
Assist Finance users with training-type support
Maintain process, procedure, user documentation and demos as required
Participate with senior colleagues in process improvement initiatives, working with various Finance teams to analyze business processes and propose improvements or automation
Collaborate with IT development teams to manage the Software Development Life Cycle for Finance applications, including coordination, collection, tracking and prioritization of requirements and UAT
Requirements
Degree in Finance or Accounting; a degree in IT-related domains may be considered with practical experience such as ERP administration, business process analysis or SDLC of internal financial systems
Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in written and spoken English
1-2 years of working experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), task management applications and other financial applications
High attention to detail, ability to execute routine tasks independently and responsibility for tactical details and outcomes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with capability to interact with various levels of management and cross-functional stakeholders
