As a Finance Manager, you will be in charge of keeping track of an organization’s finances, enter data into databases, prepare financial statements, process invoices, and support other employees throughout any accounting processes.

If you have an accounting background and are interested in procedures like tax management and budget preparation, if you willing to help maintain company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly updаtеfinancial spreadsheets
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Control tax payment
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Requirements and skills:

• Work experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• B2 English level
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
• Familiarity with accounting software (1C:8, Xero), willingness to master new software
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Readiness to go business trips
