Alongside this successful career, he founded and operates Thematic Capital Group, a consulting firm that managed $22 million in acquisitions and supported nearly 50 clients with financial modeling, due diligence, and asset management, where he needs a great and detail-oriented Executive Assistant.
His education and professional history highlight his expertise in investment strategies, capital markets, and advisory services.

What you will do:
- Book business meetings & manage Bernard’s calendar.
- Keep track of email responses and follow-ups.
- Organize information across various platforms (e.g., Monday.com and Excel).
- Conduct research on various topics.
- Prepare reports (e.g., from LoopNet, CoStar).
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management (e.g., DocuSign).
- Coordinate emails, follow-ups, and meeting invites.
- Provide personal assistance (around 30% of the tasks, while 70% are business-related).
- Update website content (texts and photos).
- Other possible tasks based on Bernard’s needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written & spoken English skills.
- Proactiveness and a strong willingness to help.
- Strong self-reliance.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize not only your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste, but you are a natural organizer who can bring the chaotic life of another person to the ideal structure.
- Positive attitude towards life & other people - you're a super polite, clear, easy-to-work-with person, who radiates enthusiastic energy and can motivate others in the team.
- Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail and the one who checks for the mistakes of others.
- Be a tech-friendly person - you can easily learn how to use new systems and tools.
- Very strong communication skills - you can easily deliver the message that needs to be told via text and find an approach to anyone, you are not afraid of communicating with strangers.
- Critical thinking - you can conduct research and identify key pain points.
Not necessary but will be a big plus:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
Working hours:
To make sure you overlap with Bernard, we’ll need you to work 4 hours a day, overlapping with Eastern Standard Time (you may check the time difference via the link).
