We are looking for a Designer to create high-quality visual materials that strengthen our brand identity and support marketing and business communication initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website materials, advertising creatives, infographics, and other promotional content.

• Design professional business presentations for internal and external use.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and copywriting teams to deliver visually engaging and effective content.

• Ensure consistency across all visual materials in accordance with brand guidelines and company standards.

• Adapt and optimize designs for various platforms, screen sizes, and formats.

• Support the creation of thought leadership materials such as case studies, reports, whitepapers, and branded documents.

• Use AI-powered tools to improve and streamline design workflows and creative production processes.

• Refine and customize AI-generated visuals and content to align with the company’s visual identity and quality standards.

• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing digital and marketing design projects.

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and basic UX/UI principles.

• Experience adapting designs across different channels and formats, including social media, web, advertising, and email campaigns.

• Ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

• Experience using AI tools in design workflows.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and similar design tools.

• Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Kling AI, or similar platforms.

• Attention to detail and strong visual communication skills.

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Creativity, responsibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Motion design skills (After Effects or similar tools).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Experience preparing assets for web and print.

• English - B1+ level.

• Experience with AI tools for video or animated content generation.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency).

• Experience creating digital marketing and branded visual materials.
