Viber offers a platform for users to share their thoughts freely and communicate openly. We are looking for a Content Validation Agent to join the team and provide quick, high-quality moderation to protect our users from offensive, dangerous or otherwise extreme user-generated content and to protect Viber from damaging content as well.

Responsibilities:

• The work will be in afternoon/evening shifts.
• Check content and keep the platform safe for users according to our policy
• Help users with technical issues and general questions related to their communities and channels
• Gather feedback/information and pay attention to trends.

Requirements:

• English B2+
• Other languages – an advantage
• Ability to analyze context and use good judgment in flagging problematic or damaging content
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in stressful situations (stress management, resilience and composure)
• Thick skin as you will be exposed to potentially offensive or extreme content (visual and textual)
• Good sense of humor!
• Eye for detail and skilled multi-tasker
• Previous experience in similar position – major advantage.
