Naveksoft - IT-company, which has been successfully developing its own products for more than 10 years and capsule software solutions for different business sectors.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. You must be a professional in the use of various communication channels (LI, Emails, Calls). You will be required to generate leads, identify potential customers, classify them, and close deals at all available levels. You will be involved in the development of product distribution and sales systems to B2B partners and customers.

We are looking for a professional who dares to challenge himself to make our product recognizable in global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Well learn and understand the product;
  • Understand customer business and requirements;
  • Identify and reach new customer segments;
  • Find new sales opportunities;
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle;
  • Work with current customers to identify new opportunities and develop account relationships;
  • Resolve customer complaints;
  • Perform online demonstrations and presentations and sales to prospects;
  • Provide feedback from the market and customers on product development.

OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Successful work experience in sales position;
  • English language skills (level not lower than B2);
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to work with CIO/CTO/CCO and the next two levels below;
  • Commitment to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, as well as highly developed planning and organisation skills;
  • High level of client management and strategic sales skills to enhance our clients' business success and company growth.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working with telecom operators, service providers.
