We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on our projects.

Your tasks:

• Collecting, analyzing and clarifying customers’ requirements for the launch of new projects;

• Studying and updating existing documentation, writing project documentation from scratch;

• Prototyping user interfaces;

• Participating in project design and development processes, communicating with the team at all stages of development;

• Creating tasks for the technical team in Jira;

• Participating in presales with the delivery team.

Your experience:

• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with American stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of project documentation, requirements gathering, analysis, and formalization methods.

• Experience with interface prototyping.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma/FigJam and Miro/Lucidchart.

• Understanding of SDLC and basic knowledge of programming languages and libraries.

• Excellent communication skills, confidence in explaining your ideas.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
