We are actively growing and invite Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing and clarifying customers’ requirements for the launch of new projects;

• Studying and updating existing documentation;

• Creating project documentation from scratch;

• Participating in project design and development processes, communicating with the team at all stages of development;

• Prototyping user interfaces;

• Participating in presales with the delivery team.

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

• English (Intermediate and above);

• 1,5+ years of experience in business analysis (IT);

• Documenting requirements in Use Case, User Story format and SRS document

• Knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis and formalization techniques;

• Understanding of Agile methodology;

• Experience with Jira and Confluence;

• Experience with Lucidchart or Draw.io

• Experience in interface prototyping;

• Great communication skills;

• Analytical skills, attention to details; ability to prove your point.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working in large teams with several business analysts at once;

• Understanding of the SDLC, general knowledge of programming languages and libraries;

• Experience with tools for creating documentation/prototypes (Figma/FigJam, Miro).
