Role Overview: As an AI and Automations Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions and automation processes that drive efficiency and innovation across our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and automation workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Analyze data to train, validate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and AI applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI/ML development and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, or custom scripting).
• Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and neural networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployments.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or chatbot development.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
