Currently, we are looking for an Accountant (full-time) to join our team. Please pay attention to the fact that the schedule of work will be per New York/LA time zone.

The Role

As an Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to manage financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting. You will play a crucial role in implementing effective financial strategies to enhance our operations

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily accounting, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports for management.
  • Assisting in budget prep and monitoring variances.
  • Ensuring adherence to standards and supporting audits.
  • Coordinating with departments for financial data.
  • Implementing enhancements and streamlining operations.

Required:

  • 5+ years in accounting, preferably with American companies;
  • Familiarity with American accounting systems (QuickBooks, Oracle, DeZero);
  • Good command of English for reading, writing, and typing (C1 level);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP);
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Effective communication and problem-solving;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
  • Tech-savvy and quick with computer tasks.

Salary: discussed at the interview (paid in USD).

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST time.
