HumanLab is looking for an Account Manager to join the client’s team. The project is a large company specializing in cryptocurrency advertising, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Searching for potential advertisers, identifying and collecting contacts of decision-makers and marketing teams to propose advertising campaigns;
  • Handling incoming inquiries via the website and assisting potential clients in launching campaigns;
  • Engaging with major clients, developing media plans and proposals;
  • Supporting clients in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing their advertising campaigns;
  • Working with CRM by creating and maintaining a database, tracking all interactions with potential clients, and updating relevant information;
  • Collaborating with the sales team and technical department to ensure seamless operations and campaign success;
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously;

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1) for active sales in English;
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt messages to different audiences;
  • Proficiency in working with data, including analyzing, interpreting, and managing large volumes of information using appropriate tools;
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly adjust to new situations, technologies, and methodologies;
  • Excellent time management skills for prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines effectively;
  • Self-learning ability with the capacity to acquire new knowledge independently and grow professionally;
